DESCRIPTION
Only limited usage of the program is possible from command line. Better use version with GUI (start without OPTIONS).
OPTIONS

compute a new guide tree

sample traceback path; if not given, Viterbi is chosen
-delta=<HMM delta> or -delta=estimate
