smdevinfo — determines information about a storage media (SM) device

SYNOPSIS

smdevinfo [-hivV] source

DESCRIPTION

smdevinfo is a utility to determine information about a storage media (SM) device

smdevinfo is part of the libsmdev package. libsmdev is a library to access and read storage media (SM) devices

source is the source file.

The options are as follows:

-h

shows this help

-i

ignore data file(s)

-v

verbose output to stderr

-V

print version

DIAGNOSTICS

Errors, verbose and debug output are printed to stderr when verbose output -v is enabled. Verbose and debug output are only printed when enabled at compilation.
